Our website systerm is only compatible with Windows systerm, so if you use Mac or other , there may be so problem. Could you please change IE to login to your account and place the order? If it still doesn't work, you can just provide the item code that you want to order to our sales via sales@hotbrands4u.com , then they will do the rest for you.

Hi I have sent you 3 emails ,which you have not replied to. I have tried yo order 4 hand bags, when i try to complete the order I cant get past the page that asks for my details address,telephone no etc I have put all the details in corectley but your site keeps asking for my telephone no even though I have entered it corectley please advise.
